Scheduling Staffing Clerk

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Scheduling Staffing Clerk to join our team and assist with coordinating staff schedules and assignments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with staff members.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour - based on experience and skillset

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of scheduling or related experiences in healthcare
  • Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage staff schedules based on business needs and employee availability.
  • Communicate with employees to ensure they are aware of their schedules and any changes that may arise.
  • Assist with assigning staff to specific shifts and tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate replacement coverage for sick calls, vacations, leaves of absence, and call-offs.
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure proper coverage for all shifts.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff schedules and attendance.
